Sierra Leone jockey Tyler Gaffalione could possibly face disciplinary action for his Kentucky Derby ride.

According to WLKY, Gaffalione, who finished second-place in the 150th Kentucky Derby, made contact with another horse during the race. Per the outlet, a film review was ordered following the race on Saturday.

The Stewards immediately determined that there were no incidents that altered the 150th's outcome after the race.

Per WLKY, due to multiple instances of contact between Sierra Leone and Forever Young, however, the Stewards ordered the review for Gaffalione, despite the official ruling.

If the Stewards find any misconduct from Gaffalione during the race, they could issue a penalty against him.

The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission will post any disciplinary action HERE if Gaffalione is penalized.
