Authorities say a Huntingdon County man is facing more the 950 child pornography-related charges following a state police investigation.

According to the affidavit, in August, police served a search warrant on 55-year-old Barry Julian Sr.’s Wood Township home and seized dozens of devices.

Troopers began investigating Julian following accusations that he and a relative had sexually abused a female juvenile.

Investigators say troopers later spoke to the relative, who denied the accusations and claimed that Julien had various sexually explicit images stored on his devices, including images of his own female relatives.

Police say a search of the devices found hundreds of photos and videos of child pornography.

Police noted that some of the files were computer generated using artificial intelligence to show child sexual abuse.

Authorities say Julien's internet search history also included topics related to sexual acts involving children and other graphic images.

According to online court records, Julian is charged with numerous sexual offenses, including hundreds of charges of child pornography.

He is being housed in the Huntingdon County Jail on $250,000 bail.
